A contemporary musical drama exploring both the endurance and the erosion of love,
the fragility of life and the nature of addiction.
Revolving around the trials and tribulations of the tightly-knit Hartson family and set in a humdrum British town, the show combines elements of gritty, ‘kitchen sink’ drama in tandem with an uplifting, life-affirming score.
A diverse cast of 11 actors play the 13 main characters serving a relatable, multi-threaded plot which addresses prevalent themes in modern society whilst never losing sight of hope, beauty and our place within the everyday community as well as our connections to the wider universe.
'... the music is melodic, hitting emotions hard ... witty lyrics too... the plot and subplots are wide ranging and relevant.'
